NFC business card prices can seem to cover a wide range at first. That is because products doing the same job come in different materials, colours and formats. Whichever card you choose, the profile works the same way; what sets the price is the card itself and the order quantity. PVC or metal?

Material is the choice that affects the price most. PVC cards are light, stylish and made for everyday use, and they are the entry-level option. Metal cards stand out at first contact with their weight and texture, so they cost noticeably more than PVC. Both have an NFC chip inside and a QR code on the surface, and the profile features are identical. In other words, with a metal card you pay for look and feel, not for a technical advantage.

If you are unsure which to pick, think about where you will use it. A PVC card is enough for anyone who meets new people often, equips a team or wants to keep the budget in check. A metal card suits senior executives or meetings where the first impression matters most.

Colours and models

PVC digital business cards come in white, matte black, silver and gold. White is usually the most affordable option, while matte black, silver and gold sit one price step higher. Metal cards come in gold and silver. Fan cards in team colours and designs also carry an NFC chip and a QR code, and their price is listed separately in the table.

How is the logo design prepared?

A logo design is a standard step of the ordering process. You upload your logo with the order, the design team contacts you, and the design is sent for your approval before printing. If you have no logo, the team creates a custom design for your brand. Because the cards are made to order, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal; if there is a production fault, the card is replaced. So check every detail carefully when you approve the design.

Quantity and corporate orders

You do not hand out an NFC card like a paper one; everyone scans the same card. So one card per person is enough, and the price in the table is for a single card. Ordering for a team or a whole company is different: bulk orders get a custom quote based on quantity. The cards are designed with your logo and corporate colours, and digital badges and business cards can be ordered together. After delivery, employees set up their profiles in minutes. If your budget is tight or you would rather share through an accessory, take a look at the QR keychains.
