With corporate digital business cards, the whole team uses one design built on your logo and brand colours. Cards are managed from one account, employees set up profiles in minutes, changes need no reprint, and pricing is quoted by quantity.
What corporate digital business cards solve
In many companies, business cards are handled haphazardly: old-logo cards still in use, new hires waiting weeks for the printer, full boxes binned after a promotion. Corporate digital business cards bring order: every employee gets a card with an NFC chip and a QR code, a tap opens that person's current profile, and all cards are managed from one account.
The other person needs no app. Held to an iPhone or Android phone, the card opens the profile in the browser; phones without NFC scan the QR code.
One design for the whole team: logo and brand colours
For bulk orders, the cards are designed around your logo and corporate colours. You upload your logo when ordering, the Passly design team contacts you, and the design is sent to you for approval before printing. Nothing goes into production without your approval, so you have the final say on colour tones and logo placement.
You can also match the material to your corporate identity. PVC cards come in white, matte black, silver and gold, while gold and silver metal cards suit senior management or teams meeting key clients. For the profile, you pick the theme that best fits your brand, such as corporate light, night or navy.
Bulk orders and quotes by quantity
Corporate orders are priced by quantity and product choice rather than from a fixed list, and you receive a tailored quote. For an accurate quote, simply share roughly how many people need cards, which products you are considering and what you expect from the design.
Business cards and digital name badges can be ordered together. The badges also contain an NFC chip and a QR code, come with a yo-yo lanyard and follow the same corporate design. Payment is one-time, with no monthly fee per employee.
QR keychains in epoxy, metal, leather and bamboo that point to your company profile or website are another option for corporate use; they work by QR scan, not NFC.
Managing every card from one account
When the cards arrive, each employee holds the card to their phone, opens the link that appears and creates their profile in minutes. These are the main things an employee profile can include.
- Name, job title, several phone numbers and email addresses.
- Company details such as tax office, branch addresses and map location.
- Website, corporate social media accounts and IBAN.
- Product and service pages, a catalogue, and photo and video galleries.
In the customer dashboard, multiple cards are managed from a single account. The biggest time-saver is that a profile image and cover image can be applied to all cards at once. Switching to a new campaign visual or a refreshed logo no longer means editing cards one by one.
Before handing out the cards, collect shared details such as the company address, website, tax information and IBAN in one list and send it to the team, so every profile is filled in the same way. When ordering for new joiners, referring to the approved design keeps every card looking the same.
Profiles can be shown in Turkish, English, Russian, German and French, and the interface follows the language of the visitor's phone. Because job titles and company details can be entered separately for each language, teams working with international clients look right in every language with the same card.
Security is straightforward. Passly does not access social media passwords or bank details, and a profile shows only the links the employee chooses to share. Accounts can also be protected with two-step verification via Google Authenticator.
Role changes and people who leave
With paper cards, a promotion or a move to another department means another print run. With a digital card, the title, phone number or branch is changed in the dashboard, the profile updates immediately and the card stays the same. If the company's address, switchboard number or website changes, only the profiles need updating.
When someone leaves and the cards are managed from the company account, the information on that profile stays under your control. An old card still in circulation will not keep pointing to the personal number of someone who no longer works for you.
At fairs, events and in the office
At a trade fair stand, paper cards run out quickly, and the ones you collect are forgotten on a desk afterwards. An NFC business card is never handed over, only tapped, so it does not run out. Visitors tap it with their phone, open the profile and save the contact in one tap. With name badges, visitors tap a staff member's badge and go straight to their profile.
At events, the most practical way to collect leads is the "Let's connect" form on the profile. A visitor who taps the card but has no time to talk leaves their contact details there, and your team follows up after the fair. In the office, letting a guest, supplier or new client tap a card shares your tax office, address and IBAN without any back-and-forth emails.
How do you request a quote?
Fill in the quote form on the Passly corporate page. You select the products you are interested in and enter a contact person and an estimated quantity. Adding logo, colour or special printing requests to the notes field, along with when you need the cards, helps the quote come together faster. The corporate sales team then gets in touch.
Production starts after design approval. Under the delivery terms on the site, orders ship within seven business days of payment at the latest, and delivery within Turkey usually takes one to three business days. Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, but items with a production fault are replaced. That is why checking name spellings and colours carefully at approval is the most important step in any corporate digital business card project.
